Enrolment Forms

The Heretaunga Intermediate Board of Trustees invites applications from whanau who wish to enrol their tamariki at Heretaunga Intermediate School for 2024.

Enrolment at the school is governed by an enrolment scheme, details of which are available on our school website.

Enrolment packs may be collected from the school office or from the bottom of this page. 

It is greatly appreciated if the parents of students who live within the home zone present enrolment forms by Friday 15 September 2023, accompanied with proof of residence. This assists the school to plan appropriately for next year.

The deadline for receipt of applications for out-of-zone places is also Friday 15th September.

The board has determined that there will 30 places for out-of-zone students next year. It may be more than this but the exact number of places will depend on the number of applications received from students who live within the school’s home zone.

If the number of out-of-zone applications exceeds the number of places available, students will be selected by ballot. If a ballot is required it will be held on Monday 9th October. Parents will be informed of the outcome of the ballot within three school days of the ballot being held.

To enrol your student either download the enrolment form and digital citizenship agreement and send these in, or call our school office and make a time that suits you to come in and fill them out – we look forward to meeting you.
